The correct candidate must have the following attributes: -
- Experience of masking with stopping off lacquers
- A steady hand and an eye for detail
- Patience
- Willingness to do overtime
- You will definitely be a Team Player
Salary £18 – 23,000 /year + overtime dependent upon experience

Protech Finishing Ltd is an Anodising and Electroplating company offering a rapid, quality driven service to, amongst others, the Motorsport, Defence, Aerospace and Electronics Industries.
After several years of sustained growth Protech is looking to attain NADCAP accreditation and is looking for a suitable candidate to drive that process to fruition and then to maintain the accreditation for years to come.
The correct candidate must have the following skillsets: -
- Have held a responsible position within a NADCAP accredited organisation
- Have experience of the Aerospace industry
- Be flexible enough to work in the fast paced motorsport industry
- Have self-motivation and be able to accept day to day responsibility without need for supervision
- A chemistry background would be ideal
- You will definitely be a Team Player
Key Responsibilities and Duties, amongst others: -
- Drive the NADCAP process
- Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement Activities
- Operate on both company sites
- Upgrade to ISO 9001:2015 for second site in Redditch
- Maintain Corrective action reports
- Produce FAIRS where necessary
- Chemical Analysis of Solutions using in-house titration equipment
- Calibration of all measuring equipment
- Ensure all third party testing of processes is done in a timely fashion
Salary £28 – 35,000/year
